Privacy Policy
SiteInSite.biz recognizes that the success of our
Site-In-Site products and services depend on our ability to maintain user
trust, and we are committed to protecting your privacy. SiteInSite.biz created
this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy.
The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices.
What does SiteInSite.biz do?
SiteInSite.biz provides technology that facilitates embedding
a complete, dynamic web site directly into to any web page. We are an
Application Service Provider, or ASP, and we offer our proprietary
Site-In-Site technology as an outsourced service. As an ASP, we collect some
information on behalf of our customers (the "ASP Customer"). We also collect
information on our own SiteInSite.biz website. Our methods for collection and
use of information depend on whether the user logs directly onto our website (a
"SiteInSite.biz User") or accesses our Site-In-Site product or service service
on one of our customer's sites (an "ASP User").
What information do we collect from SiteInSite.biz and
ASP Users?
SiteInSite.biz does not collect any personal or identifying
information from ASP Users. Our customers (the "ASP Customer") use our
Site-In-Site technology to create a complete mini web site that can be
embedded in any web page, and an ASP Customer may use that mini web site to
collect data from ASP Users as specified in their separate privacy policy.
SiteInSite.biz does not have any access to or control over any data collected
from ASP Users by an ASP Customer. During an active Site-In-Site session,
SiteInSite.biz uses cookies or other methods to maintain session state. If any
ASP User information is collected by SiteInSite.biz, it is limited only to
anonymous session data.
SiteInSite.biz Users in need of technical support are
required to complete a form for purposes of defining and clarifying their
technical support requests. When submitting a technical support request,
SiteInSite.biz Users are asked to provide the following identifiable
information: email address, URL of their site and a description of the issue.
Emails sent to support are kept only for problem solving purposes and this
information is not shared with or disclosed to any outside third parties.
We log browser information (e.g., Internet Protocol
addresses, browser types, etc.) to help diagnose problems with our servers,
products, and services, to gather broad demographic information, and to
administer our site.
We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under
18 years of age.
How does SiteInSite.biz use information it collects?
We access the information we collect for certain purposes
including, but not limited to, the following: to provide maintenance, support
or professional services to our customers, to aggregate the information, to
monitor the use of the service for other lawful purposes.
A SiteInSite.biz User’s information, including personally
identifiable information, will not be shared with anyone, except as required by
law. We do not sell, trade, or rent the personal information that
SiteInSite.biz Users provide.
SiteInSite.biz does not collect, use, sell, trade, or rent
any personally identifiable information or business information related to an
ASP User. We may collect anonymous session data from ASP Users, and such
information may be shared with others on an aggregate basis. Our ASP Customers
may collect personally identifiable information from ASP Users, and we actively
encourage our ASP Customers to post a privacy policy on their site and to
ensure that their use of the information will comply with their privacy policy.
How does SiteInSite.biz protect user information?
Our site has security measures in place to protect the loss,
misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We use Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) encryption that encodes personal or private information as
it is being sent over the Internet. All user data is maintained and archived on
secure servers. Access to stored data is password protected and passwords are
account specific. Therefore, no customer can view data for another customer. We
also use appropriate firewall technology within our facility to prevent
unauthorized access.

purposes at many websites. Use of cookies makes Web-surfing easier by
performing certain functions such as saving passwords, lists of potential
